Cut & Stack
Paper Labels
Paper and glue labels, also known as wet glue, are the traditional labels. Our state-of-the-art offset press allows printing on any substrate weighing between 60 and 320 g. UV and water-based coatings are applied in a single pass, and the labels can also be embellished with embossing and hot gold foil, depending on the customer’s needs.
IML
It is the acronym for In-Mold Labeling. It is an acronym that is used to identify a process of decorating, customizing mainly plastic containers such as buckets, paints and food jars in addition to a variety of plastic items. This decoration is done with a molded/decorated film that is incorporated into the part during the injection stage, thus creating a single body. This type of application in recent years has become increasingly popular both for decoration and for the added value that can be given to the product and cost optimization in production. This decoration leads the product to be more durable over time and ensures its originality.
T-IML
Label that is always inserted into the mold before blow molding, thus making one body on the bottle/bottle.
IML laminated
It is used on durable products that must withstand washing in dishwashers, with pressure washers, detergents, ect.
Bopp and PET
Labels
These labels are mainly used in the food and industry and forflexible packaging. Thicknesses vary from 12 microns to 47 microns and more for other requirements, with transparent, white and/or metallic BOPP material, virgin or post consumer recycled (PCR) materials or compostable films such as PLA.
Self-adhesive
Labels
We are also specialised in the production of self-adhesive labels (PSL) for all applications, and are able to meet the demands of both small quantities and large batches.
From neutral labels for logistics up to ten coloured-labels with various refinements.
We print on all media whether paper or plastic, we use adhesives according to your application needs covering all sectors from food to chemicals.
We produce multi-page labels (also with open-and-close system) where you can enter all the necessary data of the product on which it is applied. In addition, for the chemical sector we produce plastic labels resistant to detergent oils, etc.
Shrink
sleeve
It is a label made of a special plastic film welded in tubular form, printed on the inside (to keep the print intact and protected), which is applied to the container by means of a heat-shrink tunnel (hot air, steam or radiation or a mixed method) and adapts perfectly to the shape of the container.
Material: PVC, PET, OPS.
Printing: flexo (solvent, UV) and UV offset. Special processes: iridescent inks, cold foil, tear tape, knurling. Special processing: iridescent inks, cold foil, tear tape, knurling.
Usage: total or partial primary decoration; promotions (multipacks); guarantee seals.
Applications: dairies; mineral waters; beverages and juices; detergents; food; cosmetics; etc.
Advantages of Shrink Sleeve
Decoration of complex-shaped containers; 360° decoration; increased visual impact of the product on the shelf; can be applied before or after filling; no need to keep stocks of containers of various references as standardised anonymous containers can be sleeved as required; sleeve protects the contents from light; decoration of the container and the cap in one go.
They allow the entire container to be covered by adapting to the shape of the container. Shrink sleeves give products maximum impact and aesthetic appeal to consumers. Thin thicknesses available for special applications. PET, OPS, PVC, hybrid film, PLA.
